I take the protection of your personal data seriously. Personal data is any data that can identify you personally, such as your name, email address or IP address. I process this data only to the extent necessary to operate this website and its content, or where you have given your consent.
3. Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted by Framer. The provider is Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
When you visit the website, the server automatically collects technical data transmitted by your browser:
– IP address
– date and time of access
– page visited and previously visited page (referrer)
– browser type, operating system and device
This data is needed to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in error-free operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Framer. 4. Contact by Email
If you send me an email, I process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry concerns a possible collaboration, otherwise my legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Links to Social Networks
This website links to my profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn and Linktree. These are simple links, not embedded plugins. No data is transferred until you click a link and visit the respective platform, where its own privacy policy applies.
6. Spotify Player
This website includes a player from the music service Spotify in the footer of every page. The provider is Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden.
The player is loaded automatically when you visit a page. Your browser then connects to Spotify’s servers, transmitting at least your IP address, device and browser information and the page visited. Spotify may store cookies or similar technologies on your device. If you are logged in to Spotify, Spotify can associate the visit with your account.
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in an appealing presentation of my website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Spotify may also transfer data to countries outside the EU, such as the USA. 7. Cookies
This website itself only uses technically necessary cookies or local storage required for delivery by Framer (Section 25(2) TDDDG). The embedded Spotify player may set its own cookies when it loads (see section 6). You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.
