Project Short Term Project Poster 04/2012
This is a copy from Herbert-Baum-Monument in the Lustgarten Berlin. The letters were traced with paper and graphite and screen printed on A2 Size posters. The effect of the letters, with their individual pattern is far stronger in the optical effect as it is on a closer look.

Project Workshop Poster 02/2012
The workshop, led by Verena Gerlach at the HTW Berlin dealt with the themes of sensations and hype. In a brainstorming session at the beginning of the workshop, each participant drew one lot was at his subject. My theme was Hansi Hintereer. I researched about the "Star," pursued the latest news and collected everything in a binder. Then I created an online mood board to capture the imagery of popular musician. Using these images as a base, I created a fictional campaign to help Hinterseer to open up to new and younger audiences, or to annoy the fans already he already had. The project included an event poster image poster, a booklet, a 12 "in two-color screen printing Vinylsleeve and prints in linocut, metal type and printing.

Project 1250/1250 Poster 01/2012
The intention of this work was to visualize the scanning process in the sense of time and action taken by each scanner. To produce this work of art I used two scanners that literally scanned each other. The whole process was run repeatedly with different resolutions. The result shows a range of 1 and 0, ergo shades of black and white. When the scanners met you will find a white line the other parts remained black.

Many visitors came from an early stage. Those who were tried with pavilions on the dance floor with a dry shelter to build. What remained was a giant pile of garbage surrounded by the remains of these refuges gathered in a sea of mud and water.

Project Buchstaben & Zwischenräume Booklet 06/2011
The booklet deals with the interstices of letters. What are these? What similarities and differences occur? What can I do with the acquired forms? I investigated the gaps at the font “Times”, and tried to define and recorded them digitally. More widely, I started to play with the forms and new-formed letters, numbers and images. As an analogy, I developed a 10-part series of pictures, trying to approach the issue of gaps in photographs. The booklet is designed clean and has a sober look to it. It has a Japanese bond issue and another booklet inside. I designed this booklet as a self initiated project.

Project La Serva Padrona Booklet 05/2011
La Serva Padrona is a comic opera in two acts by Giovanni Battista Pergolesi. The libretto was written by Gennaro Antonio Federico. The production had its premiere on 28 August 1733 at the Teatro San Bartolomeo, Naples. In May 2011 I received a request from a friend for the design of the brochure. The booklets design is based on the content of the opera. The play is about power and relations. Thus, I chose a classic font, which I put in an unconventional style - just as a comic opera. The picture on the cover shows a board located on a sphere in which two more balls are placed. It reflects a balancing act of power.

Project Obsession Booklet 02/2011
How do we express our sexual desires? Where can we find places for sexual meeting and how are they structured? What is possible? And what is not possible? What is reasonable and what's bizarre? Where are fantasies lived, and where they are scattered? To investigate these questions, I visited several swingers and gay clubs in and around Berlin. It was important to me to capture some excerpts from the layout and take in some impressions in a way that the guests usually never get to see. To see this place in the light of day is disillusioning and an abstract dimension. This demystification is accompanied by the question of what defines lust and what does it represents. The series of pictures was made in the 3rd semester photography class with Professor Henrik Spohler at the HTW Berlin.

Project Zwischen Arm und Reich Book 06/2010
The book was an assignment from the 2nd Semester course in typography with Professor Jürgen Huber at HTW Berlin and was developed in collaboration with Jan Kapitän. It deals with the disparity between poverty and wealth in Germany. Articles from relevant online news magazines were collected, processed and analyzed. The result is a collection of inter alia(?) the studies of the DIW (German Institute for Economic Affairs), a question and answer catalog of all technical terms and a collection of interviews with people from different social groups. For the design we chose a technical look, as it is here largely a matter of numbers, facts and information. To ease up the content we included photos. All images were selfmade.
